In Seattle Area we require a minimum of one-hour notice prior to the pickup time in order to waive our minimum charge for autos. Vans and minicoaches require a two-hour notice. Buses require a twenty-four hour notice. Specialty vehicles, such as stretched SUVs and other "non-standard" vehicles require twenty-four hours notice minimum. Depending on our source for the vehicle, it could be more.

All other state in U.S.A requires at least twenty-four (24) hours notice depending a cancellation notice, in order to a void minimum charge.
For other countries Forty-eight (48) hours is required for cancellations and no shows are charged.
